Treking along the beach with friends to look at some jetty ruins and we all noticed this lone boat moored nearby. I could resisit cropping the image to a broad panorama.

I looked up from reading my book and there was the most glorius rainbow directly our our back window. I nearly broke my neck in my rush to get my camera, but it was worth it as you can never beat a good rainbow. No digital manipulation at all in this shot.
Tree in Dust
Sitting quietly at home when suddely it sound as if the riders of the apocalypse are parking on our roof. Turns out it was a huge front coming through and visibility out side had dropped to about 50 meters in all the dust kicked up. Only lasted minutes but it was interesting.
Tree and Moon
This scene caught my eye when I was trying to get some late afternoon shots of the canola fields near Truro in SA. I have to admit to photshopping the moon to make it bigger but do not feel guilty as this is exactly what the image looked like to the naked eye.
